The Bolo Project

The BOLO Project, a program for 10-12 grade youth, creates confident, inspired future leaders and "Go-Givers™" while supporting a local non-profit whose mission is aligned with the Dog is Good for Good Foundation.

Learn what it is to be a self-disciplined person of impact

Donate Today. You’ll help a young person fetch a life worth barking about!

Your gift supports scholarships to Dog is Good for Good’s B.O.L.O Project for “At-Risk” youth in grades 10-12 who face barriers to employment and advanced education. Plus, your donation contributes to an animal welfare service project completed by BOLO Project participants.

The Bolo Project is generously supported by the Larry and Helen Hoag Foundation, whose mission is to educate, empower and create greater opportunity for at-risk children to become independent, productive and contributing members of society.
